About Movement Designed.

As physiotherapists we have seen a lot of people living in pain. Too many of these people believe their pain is inevitable due to old age, or their injury is too hard to shake off, resulting in long-term suffering.

We know it doesn’t have to be like this.

Pain is multifaceted and is often a sign your body is overcompensating for a problem elsewhere. As such, we take a comprehensive and holistic approach to your health.

Movement Designed has a high success rate in rehabilitation, on-going pain management and injury prevention. We offer more than just a list of exercises. We assess your movement patterns and tailor specific treatment for your needs.
